You pay on day one, the day your site goes live. Stripe emails you a receipt for every charge.
Changing your card and seeing invoices
Open the Billing tab and press "Update card, see invoices, or cancel". It opens Stripe's secure billing page, where you can change your card, download every invoice, and cancel.
If a payment fails, Stripe retries for about 7 days and emails you, and your site stays up. Update your card there. If it still fails, your site shows a "this site is paused" page.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel anytime from the Billing tab. No call, no email, no fee.
Your site stays live to the end of the month you paid for, then pauses. No more charges.
Refunds: email support@firstgen.dev within 30 days of paying for a full refund, no questions asked. Your site then pauses.
A paused site stays saved for 60 days, so you can come back without starting over. Email support@firstgen.dev.
