The terms for FirstGen Texts, the text messages FirstGen (a DBA of Nexus Media LLC) sends to people who ask for them.
The program
Program name: FirstGen Texts. You join by ticking the box to get texts from us, for example on the free preview form, and giving us your mobile number. The box starts unticked and you don't have to tick it to get a preview or to buy.
What we send
Links to the website preview you asked for.
Callback reminders.
Account and billing notices.
Replies to your support questions.
Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We send one text confirming you're unsubscribed, then nothing more.
Reply HELP to any text for help.
Or email support@firstgen.dev.
Good to know
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Texts work on US mobile numbers with the major carriers.
Your privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.
